BEIJING, Mar. 11 -- China Iron & Steel Association (CISA) has recently submitted to the Ministry of Finance (MOF) a proposal on increasing the export rebate rate for all steel products that enjoy the treatment, a CISA official disclosed.

    It is learned the proposal suggests to increase export rebate rate for all steel products that enjoy the treatment. To be specific, it suggests to increase the export rebate rate for CR plate from 5 percent to 17 percent and that for hot roll from zero to 13 percent.
